Installation and service are important in our business.  Our certified technicians are able to repair home and commercial boilers and water heaters. We take pride in servicing all that we sell.

Boilers:

Interested in a great combination of energy efficiency and warmth for your home or business?  Gas boilers are a great form of providing warmth while being efficient.  If you are interested in a gas boiler system, contact us!  Sorry, no oil or electric system installation or repair.

Water Heaters:

Out of hot water?  Here at Schauls Gas we service and install LP, natural gas and electric hot water heaters.  Interested in a gas tankless water heater?  Let us know your needs by contacting our office for current pricing of new water heaters.
  • Please reference the following system information when requesting new pricing or service work:
    • Type:  LP, natural gas or electric
    • Powervent (LP and natural gas only):  Yes or No
    • Tank Size:  5, 10, 30, 40 (most common), 50 (gas only), 52 (electric only), 75 or 80 
    • Space Allocation:  What is the max height of the space?

Parts & Service:

  • Service rates are based on time, materials needed and type of system being serviced
  • If you are in need of a part or service work, call our office or submit an email request using the contact us form. To ensure the most efficient and reliable service, be sure to include the brand name and model number of the unit.
    • Keep in mind that parts are not returnable after removal from their original package.

Credit Application:

  • Schauls Gas Inc. requires all new customers to fill out a Credit Application, also referred to as New Customer Information. If you are interested in our services, please fill out and sign the following form to our office via email, fax or by mail. Credit will be determined after processing your application. Finance & Billing:

  • Each time a propane delivery is made a yellow invoice will be left at the customer's home, unless arrangements have been made to have the slip mailed from the office. Each invoice will reflect the gallons placed in the tank, the price per gallon and the balance due.
  • Accounts with prior authorization may charge on account. Please ensure that at time of your new customer setup you have completed the Credit Application and been given credit on account.
  • Invoices are due in 10 days, past due in 30 days.  Individual invoices are left at time of service. Monthly statements are mailed on the 1st of every month.
    • C.O.D. (cash on delivery) and rental accounts must pay for each delivery on or before the date of delivery.
  • Cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment. At this time we are unable to automatically withdraw funds from our customer's personal banking accounts. However, we are able to accept auto bill payments sent directly from a customer’s personal bank.
    • For NSF checks, a $35.00 service charge will be issued to the account holder
    • For payments made by credit card (in person or over the phone), there is a service fee of 3.5% of the balance being put to the card. To avoid the 3.5% fee, simply choose another form of payment as listed above or use a convenience check provided from your credit card company as a convenience check is simply processed like a standard check.
